Purchasing

Kutztown Area School District complies with State and Federal procurement requirements, following quote and bid requirements as appropriate.

The purchase approval process begins with submitting a request.   Teaching/Building staff should enter requests on their building/department request sheet.  Other staff should present requests to the Department Administrator.  The request will be routed for approval and the approved order placed.  Resources for purchasing can be found at the Purchasing Link Page.
