403B Tax Sheltered Account Information

Kutztown Area School District offers our eligible employees the opportunity to save for retirement by participating in a 403(b) Tax- Sheltered Account (TSA) Plan. All employees, except for private contractors, appointed/elected trustees and/or school board members and student workers, are eligible to participate in the 403(b) Plan immediately upon employment. You can participate in this plan by making pre-tax contributions.
