Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors of Kutztown Area School District met for a special board meeting on Monday, March 31, 2003, 7:30 p.m., in the High School Library pursuant to due notice to board members and the public.

Present Patricia Bealer, James Kramer, Donald Meyers, Don Vymazal, William Yurvati

Absent Kent Dahlquist, Dale Reppert, Dennis Ritter, Carl Ziegler, Lynn Nonnemacher

Also Brenda Winkler-Superintendent, Nickolas Sosik, Jr.-Board Treasurer, Gretchen

Present Diehl-Board Secretary, Gregg Ewing-Parker/Hunter

Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. by President Vymazal

Bond Sale Motion made by Patricia Bealer, seconded by William Yurvati, to approve the refinancing

Resolution of the 1998 general obligation bond issue to take advantage of low interest rates

through the attached resolution.

Roll call vote: Yes 5 No 0 Absent 4 (Dahlquist, Reppert, Ritter, Ziegler)

Motion carried.

Adjournment Motion made by James Kramer, seconded by William Yurvati, to adjourn the meeting at

7:26 p.m.

Motion carried unanimously.
