Dr. Edward Myers
Assistant Superintendent 

On July 27, 2023, Dr. Myers was commissioned as the Assistant Superintendent for the Kutztown Area School District. His duties in this role began on August 1, 2023. At Kutztown, Dr. Myers has served as a teacher, coach, dean of students, assistant secondary principal, and Director of Educational Technology. He holds a doctorate from Temple University in Educational Leadership, and M.Ed. and B.S. degrees from East Stroudsburg University. He earned his principal certification at Alvernia University and completed post-graduate work in education and research at St. Joseph’s University. In addition to his roles at Kutztown, Dr. Myers has worked professionally as a behavioral specialist, adjunct professor, continuing education instructor, and editor for various educational journals.
