Herr Wert's Home Page

  • My name is Randall Wert. I teach German levels II, III, IV, and V at Kutztown Area High School. You can contact me at rwert@kasd.org. (I check this e-mail account several times per day and will respond promptly.)

     

    I am a 1978 graduate of KAHS. At Kutztown University, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare in 1982 and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology in 1985. I have worked as a drug/alcohol counselor, computer programmer, and free-lance translator of technical German. In 2001, I began teaching German at Kutztown Area High School, first as a substitute and then under emergency certification. I earned my permanent certification in German and a Master of Education degree from Lehigh University in 2005.

    My wife and I have been married since 1983 and have two adult children, both of whom graduated from KAHS before moving on to higher education. In our free time, we enjoy geocaching and travel.
