With the adjustments to the school calendar due to our COVID-19 closures, all KVA students should complete their courses by the end of the school calendar year on 5/29. The District has adjusted the Edgenuity calendar dates as well as reduced the completion requirements to 80% of coursework. With this adjustment, please overlook the pacing indicators and actual course grades and use the overall grade and percent completion scores as indicators of academic progress. While your courses can be finished when you have reached 80% completion, you are still encouraged to continue with coursework beyond 80% in order to achieve a higher overall grade if desired. Please reach out to your school if you have any questions or concerns about completing your KVA classes before the end of the year.
