Most of my career has been spent teaching in the Kutztown Area School District. I have had the pleasure of working at both Kutztown and Greenwich-Lenhartsville Elementary Schools. Prior to coming to Kutztown, I worked for two years, teaching a variety of grade levels, in the Reading School District. While in Kutztown, I had the opportunity to work with students across all grade levels from kindergarten through fifth grade. I am looking forward to a great school year.When I am not teaching, I spend my time in Fleetwood, with my husband, Scott, and my three children, Bradley, Katelyn, and Alexis. My oldest son, Bradley, graduated in 2012 and entered the workforce. He is the head mechanic at Stoney Creek Rentals. He married in May of 2021, which provided the addition of a daughter-in-law (Kayla), and they added a grandson to our family in March of 2023. My oldest daughter, Katelyn, graduated from Alvernia University with a doctorate in physical therapy. Katelyn works at Tower Health at the Reading Hospital. My youngest, Alexis, is a graduate of Penn State Berks and the University of Miami. She is a nurse at the University of Cincinnati.I am excited about the opportunity that awaits and the beginning of a new school year.
