Welcome to my classroom website!

My name is Mrs. Heather Carey, formally Heather Oppmann. At Greenwich, I teach the Primary Learning Support classroom grades K-2.  I have taught for 25 yars at Kutztown and have loved working with the students, staff, and parents.  Education has changed over the years and is a bit challenging, however we accomplish what we create and at Greenwich we learn to adapt in every situation.  

I graduated from Conrad Weiser High School and received my Bachelor's degree from Mansfield University.  I received my Masters degree from Wilkes University.  I began my teaching career in Kingstree, South Carolina, but made my way back to Pennsylvania and began teaching at Kutztown School District.

I love to travel and I especially love to go to the beach.
