If you need support with course content or concepts, there are many ways to get help! 

1. Course Instructor - our online instructors are the best place to start and dedicated to each student's success.
2. Live Office Hours - Students can schedule a live, 1-on-1 meeting with the course instructor during their office hours.
3. Edgenuity “Concept Coach” - These coaches are certified in all instructional areas and immediately availble for just-in-time support.

5. In-school Supports - From KVA Learning Zones to some academic supports, we are here as part of our comprehensive system of supports.

Families also have access to a digital dashboard to monitor their student's progress through the program. This realtime system gives the family insight into log-on time, progress toward completion within learning units and courses, and academic progress monitoring (including realtime grades and reporting).
