Immunization Information

ATTENTION:  According to new regulations from the PA Department of Health, School Immunization Requirements have changed.  All required immunizations are due by the first day of school on Monday, August 28, 2017.  These requirements must be met by the fifth day of school (Tuesday, September 5, 2017) or the student will not be allowed to attend school.  All parents of students currently without the required immuniztions should have received notification from their school nurse.  However, if you are uncertain, please contact your school nurse.  For more information, please click below.
