I am orginally from the Western Pennsylvania area and more specifically, Pittsburgh, where my family all still reside. I have lived in the Reading area now for fourteen years where I have since started a family. I have two boys, ages eleven and thirteen. My youngest son is in sixth grade and my oldest son is in eigth grade. Both boys are very active in sports and love being outside. My younger son plays baseball for Muhlenberg. My older son plays ice hockey and is a center/wing for the Palmyra Black Knights out of Palmyra near Harrisburg. We also love animals! We have two dogs, two cats, four rats, a horse and a pond full of fish and frogs! Our family loves being outside; riding bikes, playing golf, riding horses, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
I have been teaching in the Kutztown Area School District for thirteen years, eleven years being in kindergarten and two at the fourth grade level. Previously, I had worked for the Muhlenberg Area School District as a Title I Reading Teacher and a Learning Lab/Title I Teaching Assistant.
