Welcome to Mrs. DeLong's Website!               

My name is Mrs. Melissa DeLong. This is my fourth year teaching 4th grade, but I have been a 5^th grade teacher at Kutztown Elementary School for 22 years.   I received both my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and my Masters in Elementary Education from Kutztown University. I have lived in the area for my whole life and am a graduate of Kutztown Area High School as well! My husband is a 5^th grade teacher at Brandywine Heights Intermediate School.  I have two daughters.  My oldest daughter graduated from Kutztown University this past year with degrees in Environmental Science and Geology.  My youngest is in her first year at K.U., where she is majoring in Accounting.  I love to read books, learn new things, and travel!
